At this time, we can’t accept any edits to your order once it’s placed.

Where do you ship?

We only ship in the United-States for now. No international orders at this time.

How long does it take to ship my order

Once you've placed your order, it usually takes 24 to 72 hours to process it for delivery. Tracking will be sent shortly after each order.

Does SiBi offer expedited shipping?

Not Currently.

What payment methods do you accept?

You can make a purchase using apple pay, a debit card, or a credit card. Cash is not accepted.

Which currency will I be charged in?

We currently only support USD.

How can I track my package?

Once you have placed your order, we will send you a confirmation email to track the status of your order via USPS.

Is a shipment signature required?

Only for packages that are valued above $500.

Do you accept returns?

We do not accept returns currently. If you have an issue with your order, please email us at support@sibiapp.com.

What do we charge as SiBi?

SiBi charges buyers a transaction fee of 2% per order, along with processing fees, state taxes, and shipping fees.

How do I become a seller?

You can apply to be a seller on our website at sibiapp.com. We are currently still in beta right now, so we are limiting who we accept. Please bear with us for any delays but we'll be in touch soon.

Are trades accepted?

Trades are not accepted currently.

What happens if my product gets lost in transition?

Is SiBi available on IOS and Android?

Currently, SiBi is only available on IOS. It will be available on Android soon.

Where does the product come from?

Product is sent directly from our trusted and vetted sellers. SiBi does not handle fulfillment directly, we facilitate.
